A Few Good Men

The cast at the Academy Playhouse handles Sorkin’s work with ease, presenting a well-paced and riveting production. There really are no weak links in the cast. Moreover, with the intensity of emotions that come out on stage, it is clear how much trust the cast has in each other. While there are no weak links, there certainly are standout performances in the cast.

The show was everything I hoped it would be. It hits the beats of the film while allowing the actors on the stage to explore and grow into the characters in ways that were unique to themselves and true to the original narrative. The production design was inventive, as multiple scenes stayed on the stage at once, allowing the action to be fast and fluid and heighten the tension of the narrative.
