Knock On Wood (Workshop #2) By Brian Calhoon
A reading of the latest version of Brian Calhoon’s original marimba musical, Knock on Wood, with audience talkback to follow. Knock on Wood is a coming-of-ADHD story about Brian’s to-do list, his shame, and his marimba. Living year-round in Provincetown, he discovers that living on sand makes it hard to find your ground, and looks to the trees for help. Written and performed by Brian Calhoon, directed by Helen Lewis-Michelson, with Jessi Rosinski (flute) and Javier Caballero (cello).
